Body Shop Sweet Lemon Beautifying Oil Review

Body Shop Sweet Lemon Beautifying Oil Review

I always end up writing these late at night but oh well.

Hey guys,

My friend, Lydia recently celebrated Present day. Present day is a holiday for Jehovah's Witnesses. As she can't celebrate birthdays and Christmas like I do we decided to buy each other presents for her holiday a few years back.

This year she got me the Body Shop Sweet Lemon Beautifying Oil, some candles and two bracelets.

I have used this oil on my skin and it instantly left soft, sweet smelling skin with a none greasy residue with only a few drops. This lasted for a few hours and kept my skin feeling great.

However on the packaging it also says it can be used on your hair but when I did, applying a few drops to wet hair and blow drying, it left it looking and feeling greasy and I felt as if I needed to wash it again. However if you use at the tips in long hair it can give a great finish :)

Overall I give this product a 3/5. If you do buy this product don't use it in your hair, otherwise it is perfect :)

They don't actually sell the Lemon one anymore but they have a range of various flavours such as strawberry and cocoa butter.

Don't forget to smile :)

Smile Project

Smile Project

This is here to hopefully inspire someone today.

If you don't know me, Hi I'm Hannah! I'm usually quite a happy person but like most people I go through shit and have ways to deal with it. This is not about me.

This is a message hopefully to get you thinking about other people.

Last year when my Dad's (now ex) girlfriend got diagnosed with cancer I was the first person aside my dad who knew. I wasn't allowed to tell anyone which brought down a lot of pressure to me and evidently I broke into sobs.

A few days later I finally cracked and told a few of my friends obviously knowing they'd keep a secret.
One of them asked me about my life that night where I admitted about her cancer and my fears and my bullying and everything.

She asked me how I coped with all the shit going on in my life. How I managed to still go to school with a smile on my face and make others smile and laugh.

Here's what I told her; I live to make others happy. Whether its through a lame joke or a nick name or a silly comment. In anyway I can. Even if I can smile at someone passing by to make them feel like at least one person cares I do it.

I told her that one day I wanted to inspire people. I wanted people to look at me and say you know what I didn't give up because of you. I was happy today because of you. I did something good today because of your influence.

I live by the motto 'Don't let the world change your smile, use your smile to change the world.'

So here's what I'm trying to tell you. In anyway possible try to make someone smile today, this week. Thus creating the smile project. You could comment telling me about it, send me a message. Tweet it to me, DM me on @HannahMay356 or use #SmileProject to spread the word.

Smile at someone you walk by in the street. You never know a simple smile could save a life.

Give someone a compliment. That could block out their negative thinking.

Offer someone support who's in great need. They're gonna need you.

Tell someone a joke. That laughter could be the only thing getting them through the day.

It's the little things in life that mean the most to people.

So please even if one person takes this on board and I can inspire them to help make people smile I will be happy myself knowing I have created a difference to our society.

Anyway enjoy your day and keep your head up and smile beautiful.

You're worth everything you have.

Be someone else's sunshine. Be the reason someone else smiles today.

I love you

Hannah xx

p.s You are somebody's reason to smile.

p.p.s Don't forget to smile today beautiful, it looks good on :)
